We distribute press releases to the financial news and trading outlets listed on our website, either as packages or as single outlets.

The outlets are independent publishers. They decide how a release is presented on their sites, which section it appears in and how long it stays online.

A guaranteed placement means that a release which passes our review is published on each outlet included in the order.

We do not promise any particular level of traffic, search ranking, media pickup or effect on a share price.

5. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars per press release and are confirmed at checkout.

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, which currently include major cards, Apple Pay and cryptocurrency.

Reseller discounts depend on the amount deposited and are shown in your account.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been paid.

6. Undelivered placements

If a placement included in a paid order is not delivered, contact us with the order details.

We will review the order and offer a remedy for the undelivered placement.

7. Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of the releases, images and other material you submit.

You give us permission to copy, format and send that material to the outlets in your order, and to show it in your reports.

You are responsible for making sure that every release:

• clearly discloses any payment or compensation behind a promotion
• does not promise investment returns or solicit investments illegally
• does not infringe anyone's rights or include defamatory, unlawful or harmful content

We review every release before distribution and may ask for changes, adjust formatting to meet outlet requirements or decline a release.

Once a release is published, removal depends on the policy of each outlet, and we cannot guarantee that a published release will be taken down.

9. Resellers and API access

Resellers are responsible for the content they submit for their own clients and for having those clients' permission to publish it.

API access and RSS feed import are available at our discretion, and we may limit, suspend or revoke them to protect the service.
